  • Use the reliever inhaler (2 puffs), sit, and breathe slowly.
  • If no improvement after 5 minutes, take 2 more puffs and seek help if needed.

Emergency Plan:

  • If symptoms worsen quickly, use your inhaler and call emergency services.

Healthy Habits:

  • Quit smoking, eat healthily, and manage stress.
