Breathing Space
Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone and webchat service for anyone in Scotland feeling low, anxious, or overwhelmed. Whether you’re struggling with your mental health or just need someone to talk to, Breathing Space offers a safe and supportive space to be heard.
Trained advisors are available to listen without judgement, offer guidance, and help you find the right support. You don’t need to have a diagnosis or be in crisis to reach out—sometimes just talking things through can make a big difference.
Breathing Space is open in the evenings and weekends when other services might be closed, so you’re never alone.

Lifelink
Lifelink offers free, confidential mental health support to help you feel more in control, build resilience, and improve your emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, or simply need someone to talk to, Lifelink provides a space where you’re listened to and supported.
Services include one-to-one counselling, wellbeing workshops, and tailored support for adults and young people. You don’t need a referral from your GP—just reach out when you’re ready.
Lifelink’s friendly, qualified staff work with you to set personal goals and help you find practical ways to manage life’s challenges.
