Repeat Prescription

It’s quick and simple to order your repeat prescriptions online. You must be registered with the Practice before we can accept your request.

The surgery will only contact you if there are any issues regarding your prescription otherwise, please collect as normal from your nominated pharmacy or collection at the surgery.

Your prescription will be ready for collection after two full working days.

Copy exactly the details from a prescription slip you have received from the practice. e.g. Loratadine 10 mg

Please note that items will only be dispensed if they are included in a prescription from the practice and a medication review is not pending.

In order to minimise medication waste, we will issue a 2 month (56 days) prescription a maximum of two weeks before the next prescription will be due to start, and a 1 month (28 days) prescription a maximum of one week before the next prescription will be due to start.

If you are requesting your medication sooner than this, we would be grateful if you could give us the reasons in the box below eg. going on holiday. This information will allow us to issue the prescription earlier if appropriate.
